
Frigid temperatures, combined with wind chill factors, will create dangerously cold conditions for the week of Jan. 19-25 in the Detroit area.
For Monday night into Tuesday, Jan. 20, the National Weather Service is predicting a wind chill factor of -5 to -15 F.
